    Breathwork combined with ice therapy was a transformative experience that altered his life path and led to an ongoing practice around Nervous System Regulation.

    Chris now teaches breathwork and cold exposure based on the Wim Hof Method to help others transform through this intense medium and find the power to shift their own life, in new directions.

FAQ?

Is this retreat for women only?

  • No. This experience is open to any person who is on a journey of healing, self-mastery, and self-love. All are welcome in this sacred space.

What if I’m pregnant or planning to be pregnant?

  • If you are, think you might be, or are actively trying to become pregnant, or if you have a severe or uncontrolled mental or physical health condition, this retreat is strongly not recommended due to the intensity of the practices and experiences involved.

Can I bring my spouse/partner?

  • Absolutely. Partners are welcome and encouraged to attend. This retreat offers a powerful opportunity to reset and grow together, to strengthen communication, support each other’s healing, and deepen your connection.

Can I choose my own room?

  • There are 5 oceanfront rooms and 5 jungle-side rooms, assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Room options include both shared and private accommodations. Please note: Shared rooms mean you will be sharing a bed with another attendee (ideal for partners or close friends).

  • Lula is more than a hotel, it’s a feeling.
    A seaside sanctuary designed to reflect the joy of living, the calm of the ocean, and the vibrant energy of the sun. Lula invites you to live in the moment, play freely, and find peace in the present. It’s the kind of place that calls you to dance barefoot in the sand, laugh from your belly, and reconnect with what really matters.

Do they accept USD in Mexico?

  • Yes. Most places in Tulum accept major credit and debit cards, though a 5% service fee is typically added. U.S. dollars are accepted in many locations, but it’s a good idea to have some pesos on hand for tips, taxis, and local shops.

  • Experience a 1:1 Goddess photography session with From The Ash Tree. Celebrate your growth & divine essence.

    Participants will be guided through poses and movements that reflect their personal growth and transformation throughout the retreat. The lush greenery and tranquil atmosphere will serve as a powerful symbol of renewal and rebirth.

    The photoshoot will culminate a series of stunning images that embody the divine femininity of each participant, and forever be a tangible representation and visual of the powerful experiences shared during your retreat in Tulum, MX with RISE UP Experiences.

  • To enhance your healing and restorative stay at Lula, we have created links with an exclusive range of therapists in the specialties of psychological and physical diagnosis’ through the pendulum.

    Sessions between 60 to 120 minutes depending on the type of work. Family Constellations, Womb Healing Massage, and others.

    We also have links with practitioners of a range of massage types, including Thai, Chakra-balancing, Relaxation, Reiki, etc.

  • During your experience in Tulum, you will have ONE FREE DAY where you can decide how you would like to structure your day.

    Hang by the pool, read your favorite book, book a massage, spend time by the beach, OR take advantage of one of the many beautiful tours offered by Lula.
