HOW IT STARTED
In 2019, while four months pregnant with her youngest daughter, Kiara, Ashley had a vision: to create something that would land directly in the hands and hearts of women across Wisconsin. That vision, became Abundance Movement Boxes a monthly subscription box filled with tools to support mental health, heal limiting beliefs, cultivate radical self-love, and inspire bold, courageous action.
In July 2020, that vision came to life. 100 boxes were shipped to women across the country, sparking a movement of empowerment, healing, and reconnection to self.
Alongside the launch, Ashley invited Loryn Sheahan to co-lead a virtual Facebook group during COVID called Empowered Leaders, a space for women to grow together in community through coaching, encouragement, and real conversation.
After two years of running these platforms separately, Ashley felt the pull to bring them together under one powerful umbrella. She knew it was time to expand the mission, to create an experience, not just a product.
In February 2022, RISE UP Experiences was born.
WHERE IT’S GOING
RISE UP Experiences is just getting started.
What began as a subscription box and a Facebook group has evolved into a soul-led movement, one that’s redefining what personal development looks and feels like. We're building a world where healing is communal, growth is embodied, and every person feels safe to be fully seen.
RISE UP is expanding beyond the box and the screen. We're hosting transformational retreats, launching in-person experiences, offering corporate wellness programs, and partnering with heart-centered leaders and communities across the country. From intimate breathwork circles to large-scale events, everything we do is rooted in our mission.

Ashley is a recovering perfectionist turned powerhouse facilitator, speaker, and visionary on a mission to help others break free and come home to themselves.
As the founder of RISE UP Experiences and a Certified RESET Breathwork Facilitator, Ashley believes with her whole heart that every person holds the power to heal themselves. Through breathwork, transformational experiences, and soul-led storytelling, she helps people move through layers of trauma, conditioning, and emotional stagnancy held in the body so they can finally live fully, freely, and unapologetically.

Ashley’s work is rooted in raw vulnerability, deep purpose, and a whole lot of play. She knows the path can feel impossible at times especially without the right people in your corner. Her vision? To change the way we see the world. To start with her own roots, her family, her home and ripple that healing out, one heart at a time.

Loryn Sheahan is a heart-led leader, certified sound healer, and the Co-Creator of RISE UP Experiences. But her favorite titles? Proud mom to two incredible boys and wife to the love of her life.
Known for her compassionate presence, Loryn is the one you want in your corner, equal parts soul-listener and hype woman. Her purpose? To be a light, and to gently but powerfully remind others of the light that already lives within them.
She’s passionate about helping people break free from the grip of people-pleasing, perfectionism, and self-doubt so they can reconnect with their worth and finally claim the "more" they were made for.
