Why Breathwork?
For most of my life, I lived on autopilot, shaped by others' expectations, constantly trying to be who I thought everyone wanted me to be. A near-death experience in 2017, while giving life to my twins, wasn’t enough to wake me up.
It wasn’t until the fall of my marriage, the birth of our youngest, and good ol’ COVID that everything unraveled.
I was married to someone who reflected my own lack of self-love. Years of court battles followed, fighting to prove my worth in the eyes of the Wisconsin legal system. I was drained on every level: emotionally, financially, physically. I tried it all: coaching, courses, prayer, books, podcasts, desperately searching for something to make me feel whole again.
In 2023, burnt out and desperate, I boarded a flight to Cancun, Mexico, alone and hopeful for anything that could break the cycle I was stuck in. That’s where I experienced my first deep breathwork journey. It changed everything.
In November of 2024, I became certified to share this practice with the very people I had been supporting in other ways. Little did I know, this was my calling, to guide others back to peace, back to themselves, back HOME, through the breath.
Because here’s what I know now:

🛏️ A quiet, distraction-free space: Find a calm place where you can lie down comfortably without interruptions, no kids, pets, or background noise (virtual only)

🛏 Blanket + Pillow: Stay cozy and supported throughout the session.
🖊️ Journal + Pen: You'll want to capture insights, reflections, or emotions that arise after the session.
😌 Eye covering (optional): A hand towel or eye mask can help you turn inward and deepen the experience.
