We begin by activating your creative energy through the Ignite portion of the experience, a hands-on candle-making workshop with Luna Glo Candle Bar. As you blend scents and pour your candle, you’ll set a personal intention, something you’re ready to call in, release, or embody. This is your space to slow down, connect, and create with purpose.
Once your candle is complete, you’ll be guided into a deeply immersive Breathwork and Sound Healing journey designed to realign your mind, body, and spirit. This is where the shift happens, your body softens, your mind quiets, and your nervous system resets into a state of clarity, calm, and wholeness.
